We called Accutech in Severna Park MD on Friday morning because we had noticed bees entering our attic. They were very responsive regarding our concerns. Early Friday afternoon, the technician (Dan Bessom) arrived. Dan advised us the we had a Bald Face Hornet nest in our attic. He took care in protecting our items in storage, killed as many bees as he could (including the Queen) and removed the nest from our attic joist. He was very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Service was excellent.

They did a quarterly treatment and when the technician came out, I mentioned that we had a huge wasp nest at our roofline. He told me it was covered with our plan, put on his bee suit and took care of it. I also have brought sample bugs to the office and they know their stuff. I was advised on what to do and what to look for in the future. Top notch service.

So far I have worked with Accutech for an estimate and signed a contract for monthly yard treatments, which I have had one. Every interaction with anyone at Accutech has been very responsive, professional and courteous. I emailed to schedule an estimate, it was promptly answered and scheduled within a couple days. The tech, Nick was on time, answered all our questions and provided promised paperwork within an hour of the visit. After signing the contract, I spoke to a very pleasant lady in the office who took her time to go over the process and get my first treatment scheduled. Nick again arrived on time, was polite and completed the job quickly after briefly speaking to me about the service. The online billing is also easy to use. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find these days! Keep it up!

Initially I had a situation where I needed someone to come out the same day, and despite me being a new customer the scheduler worked diligently to fit me in within hours! The techs that have come out have been thorough, knowledgeable, and prompt. Customer service with all I have encountered so far has been exceptional. Prices are very reasonable as well!

In our sandy Pasadena soil, ants are just part of livin'. Accutech Pest is our quarterly go-to to keep the pests under control and has been for more than 10 years. Half the neighborhood or more uses them, and our local owner lives just over on the next block. So he really understands our needs! If there's too much or too little rain, and the ants overrun, I call and Accutech is right there with free re-treatment. I'd never use anyone else!
